Patient Testimonials

Read what our patients are saying

“Can't begin to explain the positive experience we had at this facility recently. From the moment they valet parked our car to our discharge from the unit. Each step of the way made our surgical visit a welcoming event. The doctors, anesthesia department, pre-op and post-op nurses, therapists, dietary staff and ancillary departments treated the patient and family with the utmost respect and concern for the patient's comfort and care. Enough cannot be said about the quality of care given to the patients in this facility as well as the aftercare provided at our home. We are extremely pleased with the results of the total knee replacement.”

“Just a note about your medical team and all the support personnel that were involved with my case. I have nothing but good marks for them. It was honestly a pleasure to deal with each and every one of them, from the first email until my discharge from the hospital. From my view, you have built a very efficient, kind, and professional team.”

“This is the Hilton of hospitals.”

"I wish I could come back when I feel better to stay for a few days. Everything has been exceptional."

“If you need medical help, it always feels good when people care about you and go the extra step. I will and did recommend your hospital.”

“We have never known so much caring, compassion and comfort throughout any medical procedure. We can't possibly remember all the names to thank personally, but they know who they are and hopefully know how grateful we are to each and every one … All of you made what was a very scary and anxious life event as bearable as possible and we can't begin to thank you enough.”

“I want to express my heartfelt thank-you to all the staff who were there to help me after my surgery. I can’t say enough good things about everyone. Everyone was helpful and caring and warm throughout my stay. I felt as if everyone was in my corner and I was the only patient. They made me feel so comfortable. Bravo to the staff on Pavilion A. Thank you all again. Keeping you in my prayers.”

“From the moment I arrived at the hospital, I was treated with the utmost respect and was provided the very best in care. The facility was immaculate, and downright really nice. I was walking the very next day, albeit in pain, which the entire staff minimized. They made my stay a great experience. My nurse, Bill, was superb, as were all the nurses whom I would like to thank personally. My PA, Thomas Mangano, was also excellent. Even the young lady who was my dietary consultant was outstanding. Forget hospital food - once I was able to eat this was really good food, period. The entire staff was caring, genuine, gentle, understanding, kind, knowledgeable, accommodating, concerned, efficient, friendly - the list of adjectives could go on and on, but it was an outstanding distinguished experience. They took care of every single need and arranged aftercare too. I can't say enough great things about this place. I am walking about a mile a day - just two and a half days after discharge (I could barely move going into surgery).”

“This was the first time I had surgery and I was somewhat apprehensive. My fears subsided the minute I walked in the front door. Every single person I came into contact with was friendly, warm, and most efficient. MidState is an absolutely first-rate facility. Every person with whom I interacted – be it housekeeper, food server, physical therapist, or nurse – was friendly, caring, and hard working. I would like to say that I would recommend MidState to anyone.”
